Delivery Information
Place your order by 9am the day before the scheduled delivery day for your area to ensure timely delivery.
If you will not be home for your delivery, your order will be left in a safe place unattended. If you require delivery instructions, please add this information at checkout.
Local deliveries within Melbourne and surrounding areas are made between 5am and 6pm.
Customers in other cities can still place orders which are delivered to most major suburbs via courier (with the exception of Wheelie Bin, Fire Accessories, and Toilet Paper orders, which are currently only available to local customers).
NOTE: We do not deliver to P.O Boxes.

If your property falls outside our local delivery zone, then our third party courier will be used.

Local Delivery
For orders that we deliver within our local delivery region:
- Delivery is free for all orders over $100
- $7.50 is charged for orders under $100
Customers based in 3000, 3006 & 3008 are only valid for Courier Delivery

For customers outside our local area and orders that don't meet the requirements for free delivery, we utilise a third party courier service — they deliver to all major urban suburbs around Australia.
NOTE: Couriers Please do not deliver to P.O Boxes.

Pickup arrangements from our Dandenong South warehouse location are made by appointment only.

Opening Hours: Monday to Friday between 8:00am & 4:00pm.
