This website is operated by Eco 247. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Eco 247. Eco 247 offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
SECTION 1 – TITLE AND RISK
Risk in the Goods will pass to you on delivery of the Goods unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Title in the Goods will remain with Eco 247 and pass to you only on payment of the Price, as well as all other amounts owing to Eco 247 by you, in full. You will hold the Goods (including where they have been converted or changed by any process) as bailee and agent for Eco 247 unless and until payment in full is received.
SECTION 2 – ECO BIN POLICY
All Eco Bin Refills/Exchanges must be with Eco 247 bins only and like for like size unless arranged prior. All Eco Bins must meet certain safety standards and condition; otherwise, you will be required to purchase a new Eco Bin.
If any of the below is a “yes,” you will not be eligible for an Eco Bin Refill/Exchange:
- Is the lid missing from your existing bin?
- Are there excessive cracks (not from normal wear and tear) on the bin?
- Is the bin missing a wheel?
- Is your bin not an Eco 247 black bin with a blue lid?
Eco 247 may be able to help you replace certain parts of the bin to avoid waste. These assessments will be made on an ad hoc basis and will not exceed the price of a new bin. Contact info@Eco247.com.au with any photos and questions regarding bin repairs.
SECTION 3 – PROMOTIONS
Promotions, discounts, and promotional codes (collectively “Promotions”) are valid for the specified time period for online purchases of merchandise only and may be used one time only unless otherwise stated.
One-time use Promotions must be used in their entirety in a single purchase. Any amounts not redeemed in the applicable purchase will be forfeited. Promotions cannot be combined with other promotions.
Promotions do not apply to gift certificates, shipping, GST, or duties.
Promotions cannot be applied retroactively to previously placed Orders or to Orders that have been adjusted.
For Promotions requiring a minimum order size, charges for shipping and credits from gift certificates do not count toward the minimum order size requirement.
For Promotions where you must buy 1 (or more) item(s) to get a reduction on the second (additional) item(s), the discount will be applied at checkout to the lower-priced item.
If merchandise was purchased with a Promotion and subsequently returned, you will be issued a credit or refund at the promotional price and, if the Promotion has expired, it cannot then be applied to a replacement or future Order.
If you return a gift that was purchased with a Promotion and the Promotion has expired, you cannot apply the expired Promotion to a replacement or future Order.
Promotional items are available only while supplies last; Eco 247 does not issue rain checks for items that run out of stock.
Eco 247, at its sole discretion but subject to applicable law, can extend or terminate a Promotion at any time.
Eco 247 has no obligation to advise an entrant of an incomplete or incorrect entry and will not be accountable for the return of any item ordered incorrectly.
Please note discount coupons are valid for non-sale items only and cannot be used during sale periods.
By claiming a promotional offer on your Order, you agree that you have understood the terms and conditions of that promotion.
SECTION 4 – REFER A FRIEND TERMS
- Referrals are only valid for first-time customers.
- Friends must spend a minimum of $100 in order to activate the referral discount.
- 24 hours after a first-time referral purchase using the referral discount code, the advocate will receive a discount code via email for 10% off.
- Advocate discount codes may only be used on orders greater than $100.
- Advocate rewards expire 60 days after issue.
- Only one advocate voucher per order may be applied.
Any abuse of this offer, as determined by Eco 247, may result in the rescission of the advocate's referral credit and the inability to participate in this or future promotions.
Referral and advocate credits cannot be applied to previous purchases and are not redeemable for cash.
This referral program is subject to modification or termination at any time without notice in our sole discretion.
SECTION 5 – ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to the technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
We reserve the right but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Changes to Invoice Information

Exceptions
In rare and specific cases, such as errors made during the checkout process, Eco 247 may issue a credit note or reissue an updated invoice, provided sufficient documentation is submitted and reviewed by our team. Third-Party Claims or Payments
If a third party (e.g., government support programs or non-mains utilities support) requires specific information on the invoice, this must be communicated during the ordering process. Invoice adjustments to match third-party requirements after issuance are not permitted.

SECTION 12 – RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept returns and exchanges on eligible products within a specified period after the date of delivery. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging for a full refund or exchange. Certain products, including promotional items, are not eligible for returns or exchanges. All returned items are subject to inspection before processing the return or exchange.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received is defective or incorrect. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.
