Refund policy
FAULTY PRODUCT RETURN, REFUND, OR REPLACEMENT
If you have received a product which you believe is faulty, please contact our Customer Support to arrange a refund, replacement or repair at info@eco247.com.au.
Returns must be sent to our designated return address (provided upon approval of your return request). Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. We strongly recommend using registered post or a tracked courier service, as Eco 247 is not liable for lost or untracked returns.
Courier Orders
For orders delivered via courier:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- If a replacement is requested after an exchange, the cost of shipping the replacement will also be charged to the customer.
Local Delivery Orders
For customers within our local delivery zone, Eco 247 will cover:
- collecting returns
- delivering exchanges or replacements
This ensures a smooth and cost-free resolution for local deliveries.
Customers requesting a refund & pick up of goods that are in excellent, unused condition must cover the cost of delivery ($10).
Damaged or Defective Goods
If your item arrives damaged or shows a manufacturing defect (including moisture damage not caused by improper storage), Eco 247 may (at its sole discretion):
- Issue a full or partial refund;
- Replace the goods;
- Have the goods repaired;
- Cover the cost of repair or replacement.
Please contact us with photos and details to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Consumer Law & Limitations
Nothing in this returns policy affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. These rights apply in addition to any warranty provided by Eco 247.
Change of Mind
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted after 5 days from delivery.
Bin Add-Ons
Please note that bin add-ons are non-refundable. When you purchase a bin, you own the bin outright. As such, you are not entitled to request a refund or credit for these items under any circumstances.
If you no longer require the bin and would like to return it to us voluntarily, please email info@eco247.com.au to arrange a free bin pickup. While we’re happy to assist with collection, this is offered as a courtesy and does not imply any refund or credit will be issued.
24-Month Warranty for Robotic Litter Machine & Stainless Steel Litter Boxes

Coverage Period
We provide a 24-month warranty on our Robotic Litter Machine and Stainless Steel Litter Boxes, starting from the date of purchase, against defects in materials and workmanship. -
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
This 24-month warranty is offered in addition to your rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law and does not exclude, restrict, or modify them. -
What This Warranty Covers
- Manufacturing defects in the materials or components of our Robotic Litter Machine and Stainless Steel Litter Boxes.
- Faults in workmanship that cause the product to malfunction under normal use.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover
- Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches or dents) that do not affect performance.
- Damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, neglect, accidents, or unauthorised modifications.
- Damage caused by using incompatible accessories or consumables.
- Damage or performance issues due to improper cleaning or failure to follow product instructions.
- Products that have had their serial number or labels removed, altered, or made illegible.

How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Stop using the product if you notice a fault or defect.
- Contact Us: Email our Customer Support at info@eco247.com.au, providing proof of purchase (receipt/invoice) and a description of the issue.
- Evaluation: We may require photos/videos or the return of the product for inspection. We will provide instructions on how to ship the product back to us.

Outcome: If a defect is confirmed, we will, at our discretion:
- Repair or replace the product (or the defective part), or
- Provide a refund or store credit if repair or replacement is not possible within a reasonable time.

Shipping Costs
- If the product is found to be defective (covered by this warranty), we will cover the shipping costs for return and replacement within Australia.
- If the product is found not to be defective, you may be responsible for covering any return freight costs.

Additional Remedies & Rights
Nothing in this warranty limits or excludes your rights or remedies under the Australian Consumer Law. If the issue with the product is major or cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund and may seek compensation for any foreseeable loss or damage.
