How do I redeem my Eco Points?

When you have enough points, you can redeem them at checkout for discounts or rewards. Click here to redeem and receive your discount code.

Do my Eco Points expire?

Yes. Your Eco Points expire every year on the 7th February. A notification email will be sent 30 days prior to expiration date. And then, another notification email will be sent 3 days prior to expiration date.

Can I use my Eco Points with other discounts or promotions?

In most cases, Eco Points discounts cannot be combined with other promo codes. However, when we do run promotions, we will let you know if the they are stackable.

Do I need an account to participate in the Refer & Earn program?

Once your referred friend (hello, new #EcoFam members!) completes their purchase using the link you sent them, we'll drop 1,000 points into your Eco Rewards account to use towards a $10 redeemable voucher.

Are there limitations to the Refer & Earn coupon codes?

The 10% off discount code applies to your first order ONLY with a minimum spend of $200. Let your friends know of this so they can stock up on eco-friendly goodies and get rewarded! You too!

What happens to my Eco points if I return a purchase?

The points value of the returned product will be debited from your overall Eco Points balance (as if you hadn’t made the purchase at all).
