Estimated Delivery Times

  • All stated delivery times are estimates only. While we make every effort to ship orders promptly (typically within 1–2 business days), exact arrival dates may vary based on location and courier schedules.
  • Delays do not exempt the buyer from accepting delivery or making payment for the goods.

Delivery Not Time-Critical

  • Unless required by law, time is not of the essence in our delivery obligations. We strive to meet agreed-upon delivery dates but cannot guarantee exact times.

Events Beyond Our Control

  • Factors such as weather, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery. Eco 247 is not liable for delays or failures beyond our reasonable control.

Third-Party Courier Service

  • We use a third-party courier to deliver certain items. Once parcels have been picked up by the courier, Eco 247 is not responsible for loss or damage that occurs during transit.
  • Only certain items are eligible for third-party courier service. Please refer to our Delivery Page for more information on eligibility.

Liability for Delays or Failure

  • By placing an order, you acknowledge that Eco 247 isn’t liable for any costs, losses, or damages resulting from late or failed deliveries.

Delivery Method

  • Curbside delivery is standard for all items. Once items are delivered to your curb or driveway, further movement of the product (e.g., up stairs, inside the property) is your responsibility.

Restrictions for Steep Driveways or Stairs

  • Due to safety and logistical concerns, we do not deliver the 240L bin to properties with steep driveways or stair access.
  • The 240L bin weighs approximately 135–150 kg when full.
  • If you have a steep driveway or steps, consider sample boxes for even easier handling.

Shipping Costs

  • Orders under $100 incur a delivery charges from our third-party courier, CouriersPlease
  • Orders over $100 qualify for free local delivery if in Melbourne 
  • Regional local delivery orders (outside of Melbourne) will be charged a $10 delivery fee. Please click here to see if this applies to your location. 
  • Orders incur a delivery charge depending on the area you are from and weight for courier delivery.
  • Orders over $110 get a heavily discounted rate from our courier postal service. (some remote or regional areas may take longer to arrive, depending on courier coverage).

No Delivery to PO Boxes

  • We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers. Please provide a valid residential or commercial address at checkout.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Further Delivery Details

  • We generally ship Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) for courier orders. 
  • Local delivery orders are packed the day before their delivery day. The email/SMS tracking link notification will be sent prior to delivery.
  • You will receive a tracking number (where available) once your order ships.
  • If you have specific delivery requirements or instructions, please contact us before placing your order so we can do our best to accommodate your needs.
