Cat litter bins are always refilled. Our driver empties boxes of litter straight into your bin and takes the empty boxes away. We never swap cat litter bins.

Firewood bins are either refilled or exchanged. Which one you get depends on the vehicle running your route that day. A refill means our driver empties boxes of firewood into your bin. An exchange means our driver takes your empty bin and leaves a full one in its place.

You don’t need to pick a method. Just leave your bin out and you will have a full bin after we have been.

Your cat litter bin is yours and stays with you. It is only ever refilled.

Firewood bins are different. If your firewood delivery is done as an exchange, we take your empty bin and leave a full bin from our fleet in its place, so it may not be the same physical bin.

Every firewood bin is the same Eco 247 black bin with a blue lid, so nothing changes at your end.

Nothing gets thrown out. Empty firewood boxes go back to our warehouse and are refilled with bricks for the next delivery.

Empty cat litter boxes are reused as our brick sample boxes.

If you have no need of a 240L Firewood Bin, you can happily downgrade to a 100L Cat Litter Bin.

Note: the upgrade does not mean your cat litter bin will be upgraded to a bigger bin. You are terminating your cat litter service to opt for our firewood service.

If you no longer need our service, just let us know by emailing us at info@eco247.com.au and we'll be happy to organise a bin pick up. Please confirm your address in the email.

Nope! Just leave your bin out where our driver can reach it and we take care of the rest.

If you had forgotten to leave your bin out, the delivery driver will leave the boxes of cat litter.

When your order has been delivered, a photo will be attached via email for proof of delivery.
