There’s a couple reasons why!
- Order is under $100
- A P.O. box address had been added as a shipping address.
Please ensure your order is over $100 to meet the minimum order total and a residential or commercial address.
It's easy! Simply order a bin exchange and leave your empty bin out. We'll swap it for a fresh, full one. No hauling of firewood required!
As a small Victorian business, we are working towards expanding our delivery in the future. Please opt for courier delivery.
Stay updated by joining our mailing list or following our socials. A good alternative is using someone's address who lives in our delivery zone, and then you can pick it up!
