About Our Firewood

Our Kiln-Dried Hardwood Bricks are the sustainable firewood alternative for cleaner, hotter and longer-lasting fires. Made from compressed recycled hardwood sawdust, these large bricks are kiln-dried to under 10% moisture, giving you reliable ignition, powerful heat and minimal smoke. Their size, around three times larger than a standard briquette, makes them ideal for pizza ovens, indoor fireplaces, fire pits, and grills.

  • Contents: 11 x 12 kg boxes of Kiln-Dried Hardwood Bricks
  • Net weight: 132 kg — the same as a 240L firewood bin refill
  • Moisture: under 10%
  • Optional free pick-up of your empty boxes
  • Burns hotter and longer than redgum or standard briquettes
  • Consistent size for easy stacking, storage and handling
  • Produces minimal smoke and ash for a cleaner, healthier burn
  • Made from recycled timber, reducing waste and protecting forests
  • Delivered in easy-carry 12kg boxes, with free pick-up of your empty boxes
  • Stack bricks with room for airflow to ensure even burning
  • Use Eco 247 fire starters for quick ignition and fast heat
  • Store in a cool, dry place away from moisture
  • If storing outdoors, keep under cover and protected from sunlight (firewood bin covers available)

Why kiln-dried beats other firewood?

If you’ve used redgum or green firewood before, you’ll notice the difference straight away. Our kiln-dried wood is dried to around 8% moisture, which means:

Fires start quickly

Stronger heat

Cleaner burn

Safer for your chimney
