Role Overview
We are seeking a experienced warehouse all-rounder to assist with:
- Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently
- General warehouse duties including stock management, loading/unloading
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Hours: Generally, 6AM-2:30PM
Requirements
- Forklift licence (LF)
- Valid driver’s licence
- Good attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Able to lift up to 20kg regularly & move wheelie bins of firewood/cat litter.

Delivery Truck Driver
📍 Location: Dandenong South, VIC
💰 Pay: $34 per hour + overtime
🕒 Job Type: Casual with flexible work hours, minimum 3 days per week
Role Overview
We are seeking a experienced truck driver with a light rigid license to join our team. Operate from our warehouse in Dandenong South. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering goods to our customers in a timely and efficient manner while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a light rigid truck to deliver goods to customers
- Provide exceptional customer service while delivering goods
- Ensure all goods are delivered on time and in good condition
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation accurately
- Perform routine maintenance checks on the vehicle
- Adhere to all safety regulations and traffic laws
- Operate mobile phone apps for tracking and updating deliveries
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks
- 6AM starts
Requirements
- Valid LR truck driver's license
- Minimum 2 years of experience driving a light rigid truck
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects
- Good communication skills
- Clean driving record
- Ability to operate mobile phone apps for tracking and updating deliveries

Customer Service Specialist
📍Location: On-Site
💰Salary: AUD $65,000 per year + Annual Bonus
🕒Job Type: Full-time; Monday - Friday; 8AM-4:30PM
Role Overview
We are looking for a tech-savvy, customer-focused individual to look after dispatch and customer service. This role ensures smooth order fulfillment while providing excellent support to our customers, most of whom inquire about deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
Dispatch & Logistics
- Book pickups or organise drop-offs for courier orders
- Assist with optimising delivery schedules (occasionally)
- Track the status of customer's deliveries
- Add custom orders to dispatch app and revise orders if required
Customer Service & Support
- Answer the company phone and assist with customer inquiries
- Respond to inbound emails and provide timely support
- Look after customer inquiries, mainly related to deliveries
- Handle order modifications, delays, and issue resolutions
Tech & CRM Support
- Use Shopify and CRM systems to look after customer interactions
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and customer inquiries
- Identify and suggest workflow improvements
What We’re Looking For
- Strong customer service skills are a must
- Experience with Shopify and CRMs (Freshdesk preferred)
- Dispatch/logistics experience (basic)
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Comfortable working in an office environment
- Has a driver's license and vehicle
