- Purchase your Eco 247 bin: Choose between the 100L Little Eco Bin or the 240L Big Eco Bin when you place your first order. You own the bin outright!
- Order your exchange: Select your desired products from our range, which are delivered in your chosen bin. No need to be home for delivery!
- Prepare your empty bin: Simply leave your empty bin out when placing your next order. We'll swap it for a full one, keeping the cycle going.
- Upgrade or switch bin sizes: Feeling like you need more or less space? You can upgrade your Little Eco Bin to a Big Eco Bin, or exchange a Big Eco Bin for two Little Eco Bins at any time.
- Ending your service: If you no longer need our service, just let us know and we'll be happy to pick up your empty bin.
What are the dimensions of each bin?
Where is the Eco247 wheelie bin service available?
We are currently only servicing Melbourne and surrounding areas in Victoria, Australia. We are working on expanding our service to other locations in the future, so please stay tuned! We are soon able to post our Plant Based Cat Litter Packs to other states but not the wheelie bins.
Can I exchange a Big Eco Bin for two Little Eco Bins?
Yes! Simply let us know when you place your next order and we'll make the switch.
Can I upgrade a Little Eco Bin to a Big Eco Bin?
Of course! Just choose the "Upgrade to Big Eco Bin" option when placing your next order.
What if I don't need the bin anymore?
No problem! Contact us and we'll arrange to pick up your empty bin from your convenience.
Is the Eco247 service similar to gas bottle exchange?
The concept is similar, but we bring the convenience of refills directly to your home, eliminating the need to visit a store or station.
Do I need to be home for deliveries?
Nope! We just leave your full bin and take the empty one, so you don't need to be around.
Is there a minimum order amount?
Yes, there is a minimum order amount for deliveries to cover our costs. This information is available on our delivery page and during checkout.
