Eco 247 x Melbourne Firelight Festival 2025

Melbourne’s iconic Firelight Festival 2025 lit up the Docklands once again, and this year, Eco 247 was proud to supply our fire bricks and kindling throughout the entire weekend.

From the moment the sun set to the last crackle of the night, our kiln-dried bricks and offcut kindling helped fuel the festival’s atmosphere — keeping everyone warm, cosy, and ready to toast a few marshmallows along the way.

Fire that’s friendly to the planet

All of our firewood was delivered using Eco 247’s wheelie bin system, making setup and transport across the festival site quick, tidy, and completely waste-free.

No crates. No plastic bags. Just wheel, light, and enjoy.

Across the walkways, near food truck zones, and around the main fire pits, our briquettes and kindling burned hot, clean, and steady, creating warmth that brought people together to share stories, take photos, and soak in the glow.

While we kept the fires burning, Kelly, our content creator, explored the rest of Firelight to capture what made this year so special:

• Fire installations – Dazzling sculptures, glowing arches, and kinetic flame art lit up the waterfront.

• Live performers – Fire twirlers and flame throwers put on unforgettable shows.

• Food and drink – Woodfired pizza, bao, and sweet treats (including a marshmallow bar) kept everyone fuelled.

• Music and atmosphere – Live bands and DJs created a soundtrack that matched the festival’s flickering energy.

Why everyone was talking about our fire bricks

If you’ve never tried our kiln-dried fire bricks, Firelight was the perfect showcase of what makes them different.
