What a weekend! Eco 247 had the pleasure of attending the Oz Feline Fair 2025—and it was our first-ever show at the iconic Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. From cat lovers to cattery teams, the energy was electric and the conversations inspiring.
🐾 Reuniting With Familiar Faces
It felt like a big cat-family reunion! We were thrilled to reconnect with friends from 9 Lives Project, Clique Cattery, Shalida Cattery, and Hoppy’s Place—just to name a few. Seeing so many familiar faces (and plenty of our loyal customers!) reminded us how strong and supportive this community truly is.
🌾 A New Era of Cat Litter: Millet & Cassava
We came armed with our newest plant-based blends: Millet and Cassava cat litter—both on display and available for hands-on demo. The response? Incredible. New and seasoned cat owners alike were drawn to the soft texture, clumping performance, and natural deodorising benefits. Many were surprised at how lightweight and cost-effective these formulas are—especially once they learned how much they could save per kilo with our refillable bin service.
🧼 Stainless Steel Litter Boxes – The Unexpected Star
One of the biggest hits of the day? Our stainless steel litter boxes. We didn’t expect so many people to want to take one home on the spot! Designed for hygiene and longevity, these boxes really stood out—especially for new cat parents eager to start off with the best.

We also had a fantastic chat with Steven Meserve, founder of Loving Cats Worldwide. Mark shared our story and gave Steven the full scoop on our bin refill system—turns out, the concept of “eco-friendly litter by the bin” is catching attention far beyond Victoria!
🐱 The Costume Challenge & A Pawsome Prize
Of course, the fair wouldn’t be complete without a little fun—a costume challenge had tails wagging and cameras snapping. The lucky winner took home our enclosed stainless steel litter box along with an active carbon pea husk sample pack. Congrats to the best-dressed kitty!
