How the $10 regional delivery charge works
Most of our delivery area gets free local delivery on orders over $100. On our outer runs — places like the Central Coast & Newcastle, Geelong and the Surf Coast, the Bellarine, Phillip Island & South Gippsland, Ballarat, Bendigo & Castlemaine, the Macedon Ranges and the outer Dandenongs — the van travels a lot further between stops, so a flat $10 regional delivery charge is added per delivery to keep these runs going. Tap “$10 regional areas” above the map to see exactly which areas it covers — everywhere else shaded on the map has no regional charge at all. Your result above tells you either way when you check your address.Fortnightly areas: order cut-off is 8am on the Monday of your delivery week — orders after that go on the following run. Orders under $100, and addresses outside the shaded areas, are sent by courier Australia-wide. Boundaries are a general guide; your order confirmation shows your exact delivery date.
