Eco 247 Breeder Referral Program — Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

The Breeder Referral Program is open to registered cat breeders and catteries approved by Eco 247. Eco 247 reserves the right to accept or decline applications at its discretion.

2. Discount code use

  • The 10% discount code is valid for first-time Eco 247 customers only with a minimum spend of $200.
  • The code cannot be used by existing Eco 247 customers, combined with other offers, or applied retrospectively to previous orders.
  • Each customer can use the code once.

3. Starter bags

  • Eco 247 will supply 12 complimentary bags of Pea Husk Cat Litter to each approved breeder to gift to kitten buyers.
  • Bags must be gifted to genuine kitten buyers only and registered on the breeder's referral page at the time of gifting.
  • One bag per kitten is permitted — breeders with multi-kitten buyers may register each microchip number separately and gift a bag for each.
  • Bags are not for resale or personal use.

4. Restocking

  • Restocking of 12 bags occurs automatically once 12 registrations are completed on the breeder's referral page.
  • Registrations must include full kitten buyer details and a valid microchip number.
  • Eco 247 reserves the right to withhold restocking where registrations appear incomplete, duplicated, or fraudulent.

5. Store credit

  • Breeders earn $10 store credit for each referral code redemption on an order over $200.
  • Store credit is applied automatically to the breeder's Eco 247 account.
  • Store credit has no cash value and cannot be transferred.

6. Conversion and program participation

  • Eco 247 tracks the conversion rate of each breeder's referrals (i.e. registrations that result in a customer order).
  • Breeders whose conversion rate consistently falls below the program average may be removed from the program at Eco 247's discretion.
  • Removed breeders will be notified by email.

7. Fair use

The program is designed to reward genuine referrals from active breeders. Eco 247 reserves the right to investigate and remove any breeder engaged in:

  • Fraudulent or fake registrations.
  • Self-referrals or registering family/friends as kitten buyers.
  • Any other misuse of the program.

8. Changes to the program

Eco 247 may update these terms, discount structure, or program mechanics at any time. Breeders will be notified of material changes via email.
