1. Eligibility

• The Eco247 Birthday Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open to all individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
• Employees of Eco247 and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway.

2. Entry Period

• The Giveaway begins on May 1, 2024, at 12:00 AM AEST and ends on July 31, 2024, at 11:59 PM AEST.

3. How to Enter

• To enter the Giveaway, participants must make a purchase of $100 or more per order on the Eco247 online store during the Entry Period.
• Each $100 spent in a single order constitutes one entry into the Giveaway.
• Entrants must provide a valid email address during the checkout process to be eligible.

4. Prize Details

• Grand Prize: A two-day, one-night stay at Re'em Hotel, including a four-course banquet dinner for two, a premium wine tasting session for two, and a sunrise hot air balloon ride with @globalballooning. The approximate retail value (ARV) of this prize is $2,500, including a $500 store credit for Eco247 products.
• 2nd Prize: An 80cm custom-made premium cast-iron firepit and a new bin of kiln-dried hardwood bricks. The ARV of this prize is $1,650, including a $500 store credit for Eco247 products.
• 3rd Prize: An 18-hole round of golf for four with golf buggy hire at @TheEasternGolfClub. The ARV of this prize is $1,100, including a $500 store credit for Eco247 products.

5. Notification of Participants

• Three (3) participants will be randomly selected from all eligible entries during a live stream event.
• The live stream event will take place on August 2, 2024 at 12:00pm AEST.
• Each entrant who meets the eligibility criteria will receive one entry per $100 spent in a single order during the Entry Period.
• Participants will be notified via email within seven (7) days from live stream event.

6. Accept Challenge

• Winners must confirm their participation in the warehouse challenge within seven (7) days of being notified.
• If a winner cannot participate, they may nominate a representative to take their place by providing written consent.

7. Disqualification

• Failure to respond within the specified time frame or inability to attend the warehouse challenge will result in disqualification.
• In the event of disqualification, an alternate participant will be randomly selected.

8. Warehouse Challenge

• The selected participants (or their nominated representatives) must attend the warehouse challenge at 13 Kimberly Rd, Dandenong South VIC 3175. Stay tuned for date and time.
• Participants will compete in a series of challenges to determine the Grand Prize, 2nd Prize, and 3rd Prize winners.

6. Prize Conditions

• The Grand Prize, 2nd Prize, and 3rd Prize will be awarded based on the outcomes of the warehouse challenge.
• Prize redemption is subject to availability, and blackout dates may apply.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative prizes.

7. General Conditions

• By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
• Eco247 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway at any time without prior notice.
• Eco247's decisions regarding the Giveaway are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.

• By entering the Giveaway, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information for the purposes of administering the Giveaway and prize fulfillment, as outlined in Eco247's Privacy Policy.
